May 26, 2006.  Cornerstone Commercial Mortgage arranged a $1,650,000 permanent loan for the acquisition of an Arco Gas Station in Bakersfield, CA.  The loan was secured by a 2,768 sq.ft. AM/PM mini-market & fuel station on a 39,914 sq.ft. site.  The lender funded the loan at 75% of appraised value.  The loan rate was fixed for the first five years at 8.75% and amortized over 30 years.
