Cornerstone Commercial Mortgage arranged a $5,400,000 construction loan to refinance an existing private lender construction loan and provide additional funds to finish the self storage & RV storage facility with 51,465 sq.ft. of rentable area in 592 units with 110 recreational vehicle spaces on 3.8 acres of land located in Anaheim, CA. The loan allowed the borrower to payoff an existing lender towards the end of construction and give the borrower additional dollars to finish the project due to the higher costs than originally anticipated. The lender was an institutional lender providing the borrower more dollars at a better rate than the previous lender.
