Cornerstone Commercial Mortgage arranged a land development loan for Play del Sol, LLC to refinance an existing land loan on 20.6 acres and provide funds for construction of the On & Off site costs. The proposed project for the site will consist of mixed-use residential/retail, retail and office space. The site is part of a larger commercial site east of St. Rose Parkway along the entrance into the new master plan residential development known as South Edge, south of Anthem and Seven Hills in Henderson.
