Henderson, Nevada 

Henderson, NV December 19, 2005.  Cornerstone Commercial Mortgage arranged a short term land development loan with an institutional lender for Sage Mountain Parcel 2, LLC to refinance an existing land loan on 13.83 acres.  The purpose of the loan was to refinance, buyout a partner and pull cash out of the transaction. The proposed future project for the site will consist of mixed-use residential/retail, retail and office space.
